The pressure required to push the foam onto the hook may loosen the adhesive strip and cause the hook to detach from the wall.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePreparing the foam ball first allows you to place it onto the mounted hook with very little pressure.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eINSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e1. Prepare the foam ball first. Before installing anything on the wall, gently push the Command™ hook into the foam ball to create the opening.\u003cbr\u003e\n2. Remove the hook from the foam ball once the opening has been created.\u003cbr\u003e\n3. Clean the wall surface with rubbing alcohol and allow it to dry completely. Avoid using household cleaners.\u003cbr\u003e\n4. Separate the adhesive strips and apply them to the back of the Command™ hook according to the manufacturer’s directions.\u003cbr\u003e\n5. Position the hook where you would like your organizer and press it firmly against the wall as directed by the manufacturer.\u003cbr\u003e\n6. Allow the adhesive to set for the full amount of time recommended by Command™ before placing anything on the hook.\u003cbr\u003e\n7. Once the adhesive has properly set, gently slide the prepared foam ball onto the hook using the opening you created earlier. Do not force or push hard against the wall.\u003cbr\u003e\n8.
