WARRANTY & REPAIR POLICY
At TressPerfection, every human hair topper and wig is handcrafted with care using premium materials. Each piece is inspected multiple times before shipping to ensure exceptional quality. Because our products are handmade, small variations in hair pattern, density, or stitching are normal and not considered defects.
💙 Limited Warranty — Human Hair Pieces
We offer a 3-month limited warranty from the delivery date.
This warranty covers:

Manufacturing or craftsmanship issues (e.g.,seam separation not caused by misuse).

Base construction defects (e.g., stitching flaws that occur without external damage).
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear, lace lifting, tangling, dryness, or early shedding due to heat styling, washing, or product buildup.

Damage from chemical treatments, coloring, or bleaching.

Alterations made after delivery (cutting, thinning, moving clips, plucking, or bleaching knots).

Improper washing, exposure to excessive heat, sleeping, or swimming while wearing the piece.
To qualify for a warranty review, contact us within 3 months of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. If approved, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. TressPerfection reserves the right to deny coverage if the issue results from misuse or neglect.
💇♀️ Repair & Refresh Services — Human Hair Pieces
After the warranty period, clients may request professional Repair & Refresh Services for a service fee, depending on the work required.
Services include:

Re-ventilation (adding hair to thinning spots)

Base reinforcement or PU perimeter restoration

Clip replacement or reattachment

Deep conditioning and detangling treatments

Color refresh or tone correction
All repair work must be approved before shipping the piece. Return shipping both ways is the client’s responsibility. Repairs are not guaranteed on pieces that have been chemically treated, cut, or altered by another stylist or company.
🚫 Synthetic Pieces
Synthetic wigs, toppers, extensions, and accessories are final sale — no warranty, repairs, exchanges, or refunds are available, without exception.
Cancellations are not permitted once an order is placed.

Hairpieces are delicate, handcrafted items designed for careful use. To maintain quality and extend lifespan, please follow our official Care Instructions provided with your order.
