All other items — including pre-loved pieces, synthetic wigs, toppers, extensions, accessories, virtual consultations, and any additional services such as cutting, coloring, styling, or customization — are also final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. No exceptions.
For any other eligible pieces (only if explicitly approved in writing prior to return), all returns must be approved in advance. Approved returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee and will be issued store credit only.

Shipping Responsibility
Once the shipping carrier scans and accepts the package, delivery timelines and transit handling are the responsibility of the carrier. TressPerfection is not responsible for carrier delays, misdeliveries, or lost shipments.

Return Policy
Human Hair Pieces
Human hair pieces may be returned within 3 days of delivery for store credit, minus a 35% restocking fee.
To qualify, the item must be in the same condition as received:
• Lace/front not cut or altered
• Not worn, used, or styled
• Not washed, conditioned, or exposed to heat tools
• No color changes, chemical treatments, or product buildup (hairspray, mousse, etc.)
• Tags, original packaging, and included accessories (halo wires, clips, combs, etc.) must be returned with the piece

Custom / Customised Orders
Custom Topper or Wig Orders do not have a refund option for change of mind, color, size, etc. A custom piece is a bespoke product exclusively made with a particular client in mind.
If TressPerfection alters a stock piece at the customer’s request (e.g., a color change, balayage, or cut), this is also considered a Custom Order.
A custom order includes, but is not limited to:
• Any cut, including Signature Cut, Custom Cut, Thinning & Softening Cut
• Custom Color Services
Important conditions:
• Hair pieces must be sent back in the original condition as delivered.
• No cuts, color, or adjustments of the cap (moving of the clips, combs, part, etc.)
• No concealer applied to the silk top
• Must not be exposed to perfumes or cigarette smoke
• Please brush the hair and close all clips when mailing back
All returns are inspected carefully. Any item that does not meet these conditions will be refused and shipped back at the buyer’s expense.

International Shipping Information
For international orders shipped through forwarding services, USPS tracking may show “Delivered” once your package reaches the U.S. forwarding warehouse. This does not mean your order has been delivered to your final address.
After the forwarding center receives your package, it is transferred to the international carrier for delivery to your country. Most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks, but depending on customs processing, busy seasons, carrier delays, or remote delivery locations, shipping may take up to 6–8 weeks.
