For any other eligible pieces (only if explicitly approved in writing prior to return), all returns must be approved in advance. Approved returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee and will be issued store credit only.
Store credit will be provided in the form of a personalized coupon code for the exact approved amount after the returned item has been received and inspected. Store credit cannot be combined with other sales or discounts, must be used within 30 days, is valid for one-time use only, and cannot be extended, reissued, exchanged for cash, or refunded. International Shipping Information
For international orders shipped through forwarding services, USPS tracking may show “Delivered” once your package reaches the U.S. forwarding warehouse. This does not mean your order has been delivered to your final address.
After the forwarding center receives your package, it is transferred to the international carrier for delivery to your country. Most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks, but depending on customs processing, busy seasons, carrier delays, or remote delivery locations, shipping may take up to 6–8 weeks.
