All other items β including pre-loved pieces, synthetic wigs, toppers, extensions, accessories, virtual consultations, and any additional services such as cutting, coloring, styling, or customization β are also final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. No exceptions.
For any other eligible pieces (only if explicitly approved in writing prior to return), all returns must be approved in advance. Approved returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee and will be issued store credit only.
Store credit will be provided in the form of a personalized coupon code for the exact approved amount after the returned item has been received and inspected. Store credit cannot be combined with other sales or discounts, must be used within 30 days, is valid for one-time use only, and cannot be extended, reissued, exchanged for cash, or refunded. Shipping Responsibility
Once the shipping carrier scans and accepts the package, delivery timelines and transit handling are the responsibility of the carrier. TressPerfection is not responsible for carrier delays, misdeliveries, or lost shipments.

International Shipping Information
For international orders shipped through forwarding services, USPS tracking may show βDeliveredβ once your package reaches the U.S. forwarding warehouse. This does not mean your order has been delivered to your final address.
