All other items — including pre-loved pieces, synthetic wigs, toppers, extensions, accessories, virtual consultations, and any additional services such as cutting, coloring, styling, or customization — are also final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. No exceptions.
For any other eligible pieces (only if explicitly approved in writing prior to return), all returns must be approved in advance. Approved returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee and will be issued store credit only.
Store credit will be provided in the form of a personalized coupon code for the exact approved amount after the returned item has been received and inspected.
