Installation
Cut to desired size and simply position the silicone pad where additional grip is needed and sew around the edges by hand or using a sewing machine. For best results, place the pads in areas that come into contact with the scalp, such as the nape, temples, or sides.

All other items — including pre-loved pieces, synthetic wigs, toppers, extensions, accessories, virtual consultations, and any additional services such as cutting, coloring, styling, or customization — are also final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. No exceptions.
For any other eligible pieces (only if explicitly approved in writing prior to return), all returns must be approved in advance. Approved returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee and will be issued store credit only.
Store credit will be provided in the form of a personalized coupon code for the exact approved amount after the returned item has been received and inspected. Store credit cannot be combined with other sales or discounts, must be used within 30 days, is valid for one-time use only, and cannot be extended, reissued, exchanged for cash, or refunded. No exceptions.
Shipping Responsibility
Once the shipping carrier scans and accepts the package, delivery timelines and transit handling are the responsibility of the carrier. TressPerfection is not responsible for carrier delays, misdeliveries, or lost shipments.

Custom / Customized Orders
Custom toppers and wigs are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns for change of mind, color, size, or style. A custom piece is a bespoke product made specifically for an individual client.
If TressPerfection alters a stock piece at the customer’s request (including but not limited to custom color, balayage, cutting, thinning, or styling), the item is considered a Custom Order and is final sale.
Custom orders include, but are not limited to:
-Any cut (Signature Cut, Custom Cut, Thinning & Softening Cut)
-Custom color services
Important conditions (for evaluation only, if applicable):
-Piece must be returned in original condition as delivered
-No cuts, color, or cap adjustments (clips, combs, parts, etc.)
-No concealer applied to silk tops
-Must not be exposed to perfumes or cigarette smoke
-Hair must be brushed and all clips closed when mailed back
All returns are carefully inspected. Any item that does not meet these conditions will be refused and returned at the buyer’s expense.
Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot issue store credit for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Store Credit Process
You must contact us first for return approval. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Store credit (personalized coupon code) is issued only after inspection of the returned item.
If the item does not meet the return conditions, it will be refused and returned at the buyer’s expense.
Cancellations
No cancellations are accepted once an order has been placed.
WARRANTY & REPAIR POLICY
Each TressPerfection human hair topper and wig is handcrafted using premium materials and inspected multiple times prior to shipping. Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in hair pattern, density, or stitching are normal and do not constitute defects.
This warranty applies only to new, unused hair pieces branded TressPerfection and does not apply to pre-loved items, discounted items, synthetic pieces, accessories, or any items altered after delivery.
Limited Warranty
We offer a 1-month limited warranty from the delivery date.
This warranty covers manufacturing or craftsmanship defects only, including:
-Seam separation not caused by improper handling
-Base construction flaws or stitching issues not caused by external damage
This warranty does not cover:
-Normal wear and tear (tangling, shedding, dryness, frizz, lace lifting)
-Damage from coloring, toning, perming, or chemical treatments
-Alterations made after delivery (cutting, thinning, bleaching knots, moving clips, etc.)
-Improper washing, excessive heat, or failure to follow care instructions
-Damage from swimming, sleeping in the piece, or environmental exposure
-Damage caused by third-party salons or stylists
To request warranty evaluation, you must contact us within 1 month of delivery and provide clear photos and a detailed description. If approved, the piece will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
TressPerfection reserves the right to deny warranty claims resulting from misuse, neglect, or alterations. Final determination rests with our quality control team.
Repair & Refresh Services
After the warranty period, we offer professional Repair & Refresh Services for a service fee, including:
-Re-ventilation
-Base reinforcement or PU restoration
-Clip or comb replacement
-Deep conditioning and hydration
-Color refresh or tone correction (upon request)
Repair timelines vary. Shipping costs to and from our studio are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

International Shipping Information
For international orders shipped through forwarding services, USPS tracking may show “Delivered” once your package reaches the U.S. forwarding warehouse. This does not mean your order has been delivered to your final address.
After the forwarding center receives your package, it is transferred to the international carrier for delivery to your country. Most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks, but depending on customs processing, busy seasons, carrier delays, or remote delivery locations, shipping may take up to 6–8 weeks. Tracking updates may pause while the package is in international transit and resume once it reaches your destination country. Thank you for your patience during the international shipping process. 🤍
